Cancellation Policy

Limitless Basketball Waiver and Cancellation/Refund Policy Waiver of Liability By registering for and/or attending any Limitless Basketball skills sessions, camps, or events, you acknowledge and agree that participation involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By enrolling your child, you agree to release Limitless Basketball, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, accidents, or other damages that may occur during any of our sessions or events. Limitless Basketball is not responsible for any injuries sustained by participants during activities or on the premises. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations are allowed up to 1 hour before the start of any scheduled session. To request a cancellation and refund, please complete the refund request form available on our website at [Website]. Refunds will be processed within 10-20 business days from the date of the request. If a cancellation request is made less than 1 hour before the session, we will offer a credit that can be applied toward any future Limitless Basketball service. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the session has started or for missed sessions without prior notice.
