Refund & Cancellations

Skills Sessions/Camps - Cancellation/Refund Policy 

Cancellations are permitted up to 1 hour before the start of any scheduled session. To request a cancellation and refund, please email or call us, and complete the refund request form available at bottom of page. You will have the option to choose between a refund or a credit. Refunds will be processed within 10-20 business days from the date of the request.

For cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session begins, a credit will be provided, which can be applied toward any future Limitless Basketball service. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the session has started or for missed sessions without prior notice.

Private Lessons - Cancellation/Refund Policy 

To ensure the best use of time and resources, we require that any cancellations for private lessons be made no later than 5 hours prior to the scheduled session. If you need to cancel within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in a forfeited session, and no refund or rescheduling will be available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient schedule for all participants.

Travel Team - Cancellation Policy

Refunds for travel teams will only be granted in the following circumstances:

​

1. Injury: A credit will be issued if a player sustains an injury that prevents them from participating for the remainder of the season.

2. Relocation: If a player moves out of the area and is unable to continue attending practices and games, a prorated refund may be considered.

3. Refunds will not be issued due to the following reasons:
   -Dissatisfaction with travel/league team assignment
   -Dissatisfaction with tournament location
   -Scheduling/friendship request not honored

Please note that once a player commits to a travel team, they are responsible for the full cost of participation, which includes expenses such as gym time, tournament fees, coaching fees, and insurance. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as dissatisfaction with playing time, disagreements with coaching decisions, or voluntary withdrawal from the team.​

Year Round Membership Terms & Refund Policy

By enrolling in Limitless Basketball’s year-round program, participants and their guardians agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and clarity for all members and to protect the integrity of our program.

1. Refund Policy

• No Refunds for Dissatisfaction or Schedule Conflicts
  Limitless Basketball does not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the program, playing time, coaching decisions, or personal schedule conflicts. Enrollment in the program represents a commitment to the full season or year, regardless of personal preferences or changing circumstances.

• Prorated Refunds for Relocation
  If a family relocates outside of our service area, a prorated refund will be offered for the remaining time in the membership. The family must provide written proof of relocation, such as a lease agreement or utility bill in the new area, in order to process the refund.

• Injury Policy
  In the event of injury, Limitless Basketball offers the following options:

  • Membership Pause: We will pause the player’s membership until they are able to return. The remaining membership time can be used once they have recovered.

  • Credit for Future Programs: If a player sustains a long-term injury, we will offer a credit that can be applied toward future seasons, camps, or training sessions. No refunds will be granted for injuries.

• Full Payment Refund Requests
  Members who have paid in full are not eligible for refunds for dissatisfaction or schedule conflicts. Refunds will only be considered in the case of relocation (with proof) as outlined above. Injury credits or membership pauses may be applied, but no monetary refunds will be issued for injuries.

• Payment Plans
  Members who have opted for a payment plan are required to complete all payments as agreed upon during registration. Refunds or cancellations will not be granted due to dissatisfaction or schedule conflicts. The same policies for prorated refunds (for relocation) and injury credits will apply.

2. Liability Waiver

By participating in any of Limitless Basketball’s programs, camps, or events, participants and their legal guardians acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk
  Basketball is a physically demanding sport that involves the risk of injury, and by participating, all players and their guardians assume this risk. Limitless Basketball is not liable for any injuries, whether minor or severe, sustained during training sessions, practices, games, camps, or any other events associated with the program.

• Waiver of Liability for Injuries
  Limitless Basketball, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition that may arise from participation in our program. This includes, but is not limited to, sprains, strains, broken bones, concussions, or other health-related issues. Participants and their guardians understand that they are responsible for their own medical insurance and costs associated with any injuries.

• Waiver of Liability for Death
  In the rare and tragic event of death occurring during participation in any Limitless Basketball activity, Limitless Basketball, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable. By participating, players and their legal guardians acknowledge and accept this risk.

• Emergency Medical Care
  In the case of an emergency, Limitless Basketball staff will make every effort to provide appropriate assistance and contact emergency services. However, participants and their legal guardians are responsible for any costs associated with emergency medical treatment or hospital care.

3. Program Expectations and Conduct

• All participants are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by Limitless Basketball. This includes respectful conduct toward coaches, staff, and fellow players.

• Disrespectful behavior or violation of program rules may result in suspension or termination of membership, without refund.
